I didn't get a loss prevented.

I played ranked game and finished just few minutes ago. The ping was too high to play about half of the game. It actually went up to 400 constantly. I also checked my internet speed, and it was fine just LOL was lagging. I want my loss prevented. If you need an evidence to prove this, I will send a video that I played this game because i usually record every single game I play.

*sending a screenshot showing how bad ping was.

If you do not receive a loss prevention Riot will not issue one for past issues. This is a failure of their system and they have shown no interest in addressing it. In the past Riot would retroactively give RP to players effected by this, but they don't do that either. I suspect they have gotten too big to care about the relatively small number of players who complain about this. Or at least it isn't effective for the business to spend time addressing them.

Mine also suffered from massive ping but only of 4 of my teams players and 1 on the enemy. we were all dced for at least 3 minutes with attempting to reconnect while the enemy team gained massive advantage. i'm pretty angry about this,

Everyone suffered the lag, but I think it would have been better to stay away from lanes and watch the map. I won my game with the high ping until it went away. Considering it happened to everyone. I disagree you deserve a loss prevention.

lol it was totally unplayable half of the game. Stay away from lane? seriously? about half of the game? If it was just lagging in short time, I don't post this. I am deserved to get a loss prevention.
