Screen lock glitch?

So has anyone else had the problem where you press "Y" to un-screen lock the game, but afterwards, you press "Y" again, but it won't lock the screen back? I've experienced this glitch many times, and it has gotten me kill several times. Please let me know if there is a fix.

yep, that and even one where when I press space to center the screen it freezes everything for as long as I hold it.

I've had the one where it randoml locks and I can't unlock it since I bound my Y key to items :(
