I'm not sure about the cause, but it happened right after this : Use W and flash at the same time. W visual will trigger at 50% but isnt in cooldown. Then like the title say, I am unable to Q-R-Basic-Recall until i die. Auto-attack or shift + left click doesn't make any basic.
I had the same issue with Katarina. I am not sure what I did before it, but I did try to solve it with the following:
Logged out of the current game -> didn't work Logged out of the entire game -> didn't work Rebooted my computer - didn't work Reseated my keyboard -> didn't work Tested q and r on a word.doc -> the keyboard worked but the q/r did not
