Simple problem when I pick super teemo in teambuilder in game I have him as a basic skin

First off, I would like to suggest a topic title change: [Client] Skin previously selected in Team Builder does not always get used in-game.

This seems to happen to every champion, not every time, but far too often. It started happening a few patches back, I am not sure of the exact version number.

You can work around this bug by first selecting the base skin, and then select the skin you wish to use. Not sure if you need to close the skin selection window in-between or not.

I have encountered this bug mostly in Team Builder, but also experienced it in nemesis draft last night. It is not just me and PepehStyle, as I quite frequently encounter people complaining about the problem when playing Team Builder.

This should be a HIGH PRIORITY bug to fix, as we are paying real money to look different ingame. item 3301

Edit: Found another issue with more upvotes and more information: Skins dont appear in Team Builder in literally every game
