I just started a normal game with friends, we found a game but the screen went blanc for me and 2 others. After we waited till the timer ran out we 3 got a que because we couldn't pick a champion. One of us had a que of 15 minutes. Why are we punished for this we couldn't pick anything.

I was in Promos (not placements) and just got a loss because of this. Fix your shit riot
same, but it was a ranked game, so we lost lp, plus we got the "dodge timer"
I just got it again in my placements. I dont know if this counts as a loss but plz rito fix this.
