Geting 14-16 lp per rank win and Losing 24-25 lp per rank lose ??? Please Help

This had been happening for some time and I have to idea on how to fix it. I am currently Silver V at 14 lp. Each time i win no matter I'm carrying or not doing very good i only get 14 - 16 lp per win. If I lose with I ok scorer I still lose like 25 lps, which makes it really difficult for me to rank up . I would like to know theres a solution to this or what ... please help :3
