Mac high Ping again :(

After some patch league gets pretty laggy and this happens all the time after a patch, and I've heard it happens with macs only, but I'm not sure. I go from like 80 ping to now 400-1200 ping and it makes the game unplayable. Isn't there like a test to fix this and not release a patch rly early? idk
