[GAMEPLAY] Azir's soldier auto not going through after Q

Occationally, after you use Q on your soldiers as Azir, then issue an auto attack command against a target within the soldier's auto attack range, the soldier will not perform the auto attack. The soldier will start a short animation, then return to it's idle pose without having auto attacked. This doesn't occur after every Q, and I cannot figure out what causes it to happen after some Q's but not after others.

I know this bug has been around since at least 5.20, but I've heard nothing on riot's end so I thought I'd report it here.
