Game Bug (Gameplay/crash issue)

After getting into a ranked game, I walked down to lane and everything just froze. League music was still playing and the timer still going, but everything else was frozen. I can also open the shop.

After re-connecting, I am fine for a few moments (30 seconds) but then it does the same thing. I feel terrible because I just lost my team the game for this. All my other PC games are running fine, what's going on?

I do not get a "attempting to reconnect" or high ping, or anything like that. I just can't play the game at all. I had played two games without problems before playing this one.
