Graves was stuck at zero on the timer. Couldn't select a champ. Now have to wait for half an hour to play a game. This is so stupid.

I got hit with a simular bug a few times, it's getting annoying, I'm being penalized for dodging and I haven't done anything. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

That sounds like you're having connection issues. If your client doesn't get the message that the pick order has moved on, it will just sit there and you'll end up dodging while it does nothing.
Run a tracert described here to check where your lag is starting, and you can run the command below to ping the NA server and constantly test your ping, or test your connection in a Custom match;
ping 104.160.131.1 -t
Follow the steps on the Connection Troubleshooting Guide to make sure your connection is set up properly. If you are still getting lag on your end, please post the results of your tracert here. Let me know if anything works.
