So many BOTS in Twisted Treeline

Like, I rarely encounter bots in SR or ARAM, but in TT... They're in at least 40% of games, whether it's on your team or the enemy team, it's not uncommon to notice someone just acting like a bot.

And the dumbest thing is, even if 2 people vote to surrender, the bot never votes so you're stuck playing until the enemy team is done. And why would they finish (Unless they're nice) because they're super fed, and they're having fun because the bot is always easy prey. Why the fuck can't we surrender when the majority of the team wants to?!
