Why couldn't we remake?

Do you know why I lost 20 LP? Basically, what happened is that we couldn't remake at the VERY FIRST STARTING OF THE GAME. Our Pyke disconnected because of a bugsplat during loading screen. Our team knew we were going to remake, I flashed and TP'd, Katarina died first blood, we were NOT intending that the remake button wasn't going to take place. This was very frustrating, lost 20 LP because we didn't have the capability of surrendering at the start of the game. This is a gamebreaking bug that can lead to demotions (which happened to one of our teammates). I really hope this gets fixed INSTANTLY!!!!!
