Rek'sai glitch

I've encountered a Rek'sai glitch recently. It's happened in about 5 games now over the past week and happens 0-6 times a game, but I can't quite pinpoint what triggers it. Rek'sai will randomly refuse to attack while buried. It usually happens during team fights, but it has occurred three times out of a team fight. I know I'm not misclicking because when it occurred outside of a team fight (while I was trying to farm minions) I was able to target very deliberately and she still would not attack while burrowed. I tried clicking in quick succession and also clicking slowly and waiting. The only way I could get her to work again was to unburrow and then burrow again and at that point she had no problems (until it happened again later that game). Usually if it happens once it will happen 3-6 times in the game.
