Unable to click on anything in game. No keystrokes work.

the chat client works fine. can click on people, talk to friends, start games, etc.

however, when a game starts loading, the league mouse cursor appears for a second, disappears and reverts to my windows mouse cursor. it's the standard one, no flashy cursor or anything. game loads, can't move, type to team, level a skill, ANYTHING. mouse and keyboard are nonexistent to the game for some reason. Have to manually alt-tab and kill the game process.

it started happening in the middle of a game where I was jungling as shyvana and then I just got stuck. couldn't move. alt tabbed back in and out, tried killing the client and restarting and got back into the game where I was still unable to move even after logging out.

tried playing another game to see if it just a one time thing, but it's happening all the time now. don't know what's going on.

things to note about my setup after searching up similar issues: I have dual monitor setup sapphire rx 480 gpu razer naga chroma mouse

I'm not sure if any of this means much but I've been gone from the game for a while and intermittently played a single or two inbetween like a year and a half's time but this is actually my first time ever encountering this problem.

EDIT: UPDATE: I closed discord, started a custom. Game works fine now. It may have something to do with a discord overlay. Unsure. But mouse cursor appears normal in game now and I'm able to issue commands.

Note: I did not have the discord overlay active at the time, but closing discord entirely seems to have fixed it. Once you are able to play, try disabling discord overlay altogether.
