In OVERCHARGE Jhin can have more than his base Attack Speed

When you play Jhin (I dont have any skins but I assume this is for all) in OVERCHARGE and buy any attack speed items, it gives extra attack speed. You can even get up to 1.03 attacks per second and unload on someone. This effect quickly falls off at around 3-4 minutes.
