[CLIENT] Can't modify runes while in lobby

Had a 2d game in past 3 days when i could only change the runepage but edit window of them could not be opened. I had seen only the runes window top stripe with close button in the right corner. Also when i had it 1st time i could not even lock the champ. Client restart helps.
