[CRASH] When starting game

Ever since the 6.17 patch I have not been able to play a game of league. I mean that every time I start a game my game freezes as soon as my champion teleports into the game. Every once in a while I can move around a bit but I never get past the shop. I have tried to reinstall the game and repair for bugs, but nothing has worked. I have a HP ENVY.
