Some Visuals Not Showing [Gameplay] [Crash]

At 1:40 EST on 1/7/18 I entered a normal game. For the beginning of the game, Champion health bars were not showing. Minion health was fine but visuals like champion health bars, champions names above their head, the recall symbol near the item slots and the green color of my champions health bar in the GUI at the bottom were not showing. Then at 8ish minutes in, my game froze my computer but still played the music and all I could do was crtl alt delete. After I restarted my computer and got back into the game, everything was fine. After I had finished the game, my league client would not allow me to enter a game because "we cant log you in right now because the patcher service is unavailable". After I completely closed the game through the task manager the game started and patched.

Sorry if this is not a real bug. It doesn't seem like a bug because it only happened once. This might be a problem with my computer but my computer handles games well and hasn't crashed on LoL ever before. I just wanted to bring it to your guy's attention in case it was a real problem.
