10 game chat ban was finished days ago and i just got my rewards availability back today

my ten game chat ban was fair, but i dont understand how the punishments keep going on after the ban has ended. with no warnings like the ban did? is this normal or some sort of bug im honestly not sure. i missed a hextech chest and my honor level just reset to lvl 1 today
