A Critical Error Has Occured

This is a problem i can only see reports of from a year ago. Since earlier today it has happened to me every game. The game wont load when it starts. Ive tried the hextech repair tool restart and still no dice. Is this becasue of the update? Plz help. This happens for tft and normal league btw.
