[Crash] During High Activity In-Game (Pink Grainy Flashes)

As of today, I have had the following recurring problem: At certain times during the game (I have noticed many times right about the time several abilities are triggered) my client will flash a pink grainy filter (the game turns pinkish and very pixelated) and will either flash (as if I alt-tabbed) ad return to the game as normal or will completely freeze (forcing me to either alt-tab, which sometimes fixes it, or a complete freeze that is only cured by turning my computer off using the suffocate button). I just lost a promotion game because of a 5 minute DC due to a restart. If anyone has experienced this or has any advice on how to fix it, please let me know. Thanks for listening :).
