[GAMEPLAY] Morgana Binding Miss after Flash?

As Morgana, she hits her first binding during a teamfight on Howling Abyss. Later on, she tries to Flash+Bind Brand but the hitbox does not seem to register at all. I have tried to reproduce this but have not been successful (in part due to friends not wanting to spend time trying to find it). Gameplay video will show exact moments leading up to this.
