Constant crashing in the middle of the game

I don't know how the fuck it happens, but I've been experiencing very annoying crashes EVERY GAME in around the 10-20 minute mark. It's being detrimental to my teammates and I'm afraid I would get banned for your buggy as fuck game.

From how I observed, the FPS and ping counter disappears a few seconds before it crashes, and the CS counter also resets itself by that time, followed by a "Network Warning" prompt box that's absolutely empty..
