fix for EULA accpt button .. not visable

had an issue not being able to see the accpet button on the new patch .. the EULA agreement wasnt showing the accept button .. FIX - click in the EULA box .. then use tab button to get on the accept button .. hit space bar .. will go .. CHEERS !
