i just bought a new champion, and now i am at -3806 IP points, it was like it charged me twice for the price of the champion that i bought so now i cant buy any other champions and am down 4800 IP points!

Submit a ticket. It'll get handled faster than a thread on the forums will get noticed, unless you're really lucky.

This is very likely just a visual bug. Try logging off then logging back on.
