Figured out Graphic Artifact issue - maybe I'm late to the party

If you've noticed various artifacts within the game - like blue boxes around characters, sprites, or random FX

  • disable any driver level anti-aliasing effects WITH PRIORITY TO FXAA

Overriding Riot's in game anti-aliasing settings seems to cause numerous issues. If you've got graphic issues - this is probably why.
