"Play Again" button not working

Over the preseason, I have been playing normal games with some friends and after every game, I press the Play Again to make it easy. Unfortunately, about half the time, it throws me into the join custom game lobby instead. I can't seem to find any relation between when it works or it doesn't, sorry. The details that I know are that I am with a party of at least two people and I am the creator of the lobby.
