Loading Screen Error?

Ever since the most recent patch, my loading screen has been off. The harrowing animation doesn't seem to full up the entire launcher, and I cannot adjust it. I have repaired my client twice now, and it is still stuck there. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I am seriously pretty pissed off at riots right now, I got "suspended" for a few days because I "crashed" in the loading screen. Everything else works PERFECTLY fine, all of my programs/games, function good. Riots, you better fix this, and remove my suspension, I've spent a lot of money on this game to support you on my MAIN account. I am beginning to regret it...
