[Client]screen have either blacked out spots on the screen or freezes timer during pick phase

So basically today there were display glitches on the client blacking out certain parts of the client disabling me from seeing any of the menu items or store items to purchase. I thought it was nothing so I decided to reset the client and everything was fine however when I finally was able to queue up and get into pick phase. The screen showed that the person above me did not pick his champ and the timer was frozen at 0 and this has happened several times. Now im on super low priority queue and will now have to wait 30 min for a game. Please fix this. Thank you!
