Game won't launch after hitting Launch, just closes out and doesn't launch.

this what happens :

1: Open client. 2: Hit launch. 3: Wait (1 minutes) 4: Nothing happens from it.

This has been happening for almost a several months , and it's happened every single time i try to open it.
