Receiving error multiple times, in a short amount of time.

This has been popping up for the last 5min or so, about a dozen times I'd have to say.

1.) Browsing champions (looking at currently owned and not owned skins) 2.) Error message appears 3.) Click OK 4.) Error message pops up again. 5.) Repeat.
