Client Bug

Ok so I open the Client press play and get to login screen. I put my password and press log in... Its shows me for about a minute that I m logging in and then it says there is a problem and I press ok. Then the client closes and I have to redo it from the start. (I want you to know that I have steady internet and I m playing at 77ms). When I finally log in after some time I can't connect to the chat!!! I go to custom game and I see my ping steady and nice! Please if you can fix this problem!
