Just got Kayle in Aram and I was questioning my self am I able to buy Ghostwalker after 11 that I become a range champion? Comes out I can, and I even can use it! God its really op on range champ but is it a bug? Just had a quick test of Tiamat in practice tool, you can buy it before 11 but once 11, the passive disables and you can't use the active. No idea on steraks as needed to take damage for that.

It's the same with Steraks probably. Gnar and Jayce will only proc it in melee form.

kayle is a melee early game and ranged at level 11 which convinced riot games that she should be able to buy every melee and ranged items. this is not a bug it's intentional.
