Game Not Launching [Client]

After champions are all selected and the launcher turns into the Game's launcher, my download to start the game stops and the mouse icon of league of legends turns into the windows' mouse and then a msg show up saying the i've disconnected. P.S. my network works. i always try to reconnect but same thing happens every time. got too many reports and queue of this problem :3
