Everything goes normally in the game then it just freezes and I have to restart my computer [CRASH]

This is the first time this has happened to me, and it's an in-game crash! I don't know why it's crashing? It just, I will get in to the game and it will play very normally then all of a sudden the screen will freeze up and if there is sound the sound glitches into one continuous note. Then I can't do anything at all, I can't ctrl alt delete out of league or anything like that. I simply have to restart my computer. This happened 3 to 4 times in a beginner bot match, and after the match I got the "agree to not leave any more games" statement which concerns me because I was not leaving on my own volition.

All of this occurred after I updated to patch 6.20.

Thanks!

Could be an interaction with Windows 10 Anniversary Edition. Disable Xbox Game DVR, test in custom games these ones won't penalize you if you leave ;). If that fails run league as admin. As for if you ever need to post here again heres some tips. State your OS/OS Version (Windows 10/Windows 8 for example) and if you've checked if you're running the latest drivers. Hopefully my fix will fix yours. Best of luck.

I've been having the same problem, even after reverting back to my previous version of Windows 10 (before anniversary edition). The problem started when my computer updated to the Windows 10 anniversary edition. For some reason I can't open my Xbox app, and I've googled versions to get the app to work so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this issue.

If anybody has any updates on this issue, I would really appreciate it.
