CLIENT: friends list ranking not updating

When you get promoted to a new league in ranked, the friends list ranking does not update. For example, I just got promoted to bronze III, but the friends list still says I am bronze IV. Not a game-breaking bug, but a bug nonetheless.

When I restart the client, the friends list updates and says I'm bronze III. So, even less important of a bug.
