Unable to connect to client.

This is a new problem for me. When I go to login if I enter the wrong password I get confirmation that it's wrong so there is some level of connectivity there. But I keep getting an error that the client can't connect to PvP.net thent he game clsoes completly. Lately I've been able to relaunch and get in. most recently It happened 4-5 times in a row so I completely uninstalled and reinstalled to face the same problem. After about 3 more attempts I was able to get in. I have a good strong stable internet connection, i'm not dropping from matches, low ping, not downloading anything in the background, and plenty of bandwidth.
