[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser basic attacks apply 2 passive stacks with Dead Man's Plate

Mordekaiser's basic attacks will apply two stacks to his passive when he has the item Dead Man's Plate. This allows him to activate his passive with 2 basic attacks, or a basic attack followed by his Q or E. I have tested this with every item in the game and only Dead Man's Plate causes this bug, likely due to its 'Crushing Blow' passive.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Purchase Dead Man's Plate on Mordekaiser
2. Auto attack any champion, monster, epic monster, or training dummy

This should result in two of the passive dots below his health bar to fill up, therefore allowing him to activate the passive in two basic attacks or a basic attack and damaging ability.
