Crash Dump Error

So I was going to try a chmapion on practice tool. I selected the champ and I started waiting until the loading screen to show up, which never happened. I reopened League Of Legends and tried to reconnect but I just got a "Crash Dump Error". I keep getting this every time I try to play a new match. If someone has experienced the same and knows how to fix this problem please help me. I would appreciate it.
