Random Freezing During Champ Select

Hey guys,

I was playing my promos today and came across a very strange bug. During champ select, the client would freeze for upwards of 20 seconds at a time. I was unable to pick a champion and was forced to take the automatic loss. I have been unable to reproduce the bug, and this has never happened to me before.
