what is wrong with league of legends i play 3x more then my friends and they get honor lvl 3 before me what is wrong in their head like wtf I get honor a lot of times but of course naaaaah i can't get lvl 3 honor...NICE SYSTEME!!

perhaps your friends are more honorable then you, slight toxicity can slow down the speed at which you pass checkpoints.

It's not about the amount of honors you get... it's about your streak how many games and days you go without getting reported.

If your friends went on a 30 day 100 game (only got 30 honors) streak where they got zero valid reports on them, but you played 300 games in 30 days (and got 900 honors, 3 honors per game) but you got a valid non-punishable report on you once every day, then your friend will reach honor level 3 faster.

Treat it like a Snapchat streak. If you lose your streak, your honor progression slows than for someone with a 30 day streak while you have a 2 day streak.

Must be upvoted , there is a bug that is happening in Euw and Eune , many people who aren't toxic and honorable a lot including me and still honor level 2 , didn't know it even happened in NA

In that case, you're not as "honorable" as you're deluded to believe. Clearly there have been "valid reports" filed against you, even if they aren't enough to warrant a chat restriction.

There isn't , I already mentioned , not toxic , never afk , always cheering , always get honored , no punishments .

If that were true then your honor level would have went up. Therefor I don't believe you and/or you're just straight up lying. A lot of people say they're not toxic in games when they actually are and receive valid reports (but not enough to receive a punishment).

Well here's a thing ,You are not obliged to believe me , and I never asked you to , I was just telling the OP about there is a bug and you ran and came to my comment as if I owe you something , not all people toxic , nor all of them would lie , and if a lot of them are , then doesn't mean " all " are toxic , besides , that's the not deal , toxicness has nothing to do with the whole thing , A lot of toxic people I met in game and they are honor level 3 ,including a lot of my friends , so nope.

Well here's the thing: the bread is in the pudding. An honorable person will get honor level 3, while a dishonorable person will not. That's fact. You can spin your delusions and perspective however you want, but at the end of the day fact remains fact. The reason they're not honor level 3 player 3x more than their friends is because they're not as honorable as their friends. And the reason you believe a "toxic" person has honor level 3 is because... gasp they're not actually toxic despite how triggered you felt during a game.

I don't really know what do you want from me , but I did submit a support ticket and asked for my account status about honor level , they replied that my account is in a good status and no punishments and nothing wrong , and that's all , that should prove the point where I'm not toxic though , but still doesn't change the fact that something is wrong with the system for some players , like I said , I do get honored always and I do play a lot , and nothing bad about me.

Getting valid reports filed on you doesn't necessarily result in a punishment. It still delays your honor advancement significantly. That explains why you're still level 2 while your friends are level 3.

And there is no reason for me to get reported , I don't feed nor toxic , if there was a reason for me to get reported probably when I play support and I get a toxic adc who would ask to report for taking a kill , that's all , and Riot doesn't care about Fake reports , and many people get reported for no reason , if so we all would be stuck at honor lvl 2 ,and the most important thing that makes me doubt about there is a bug , I do get key fragments a lot , I wouldn't get them if I do unsportsmanlike stuff according to you now can we stop this pointless argument ?

I don't think you understand that a certain number of key fragments drop per level per time frame. You only stop getting key fragments when you are honor level 0. Even at honor level 1 you get key fragments. On the wiki it specifically says "At level 2 and above, players will receive Key Fragments at a standard rate." Standard rate means you're not getting key fragments for the moments the game recognizes you are honorable, you get them at the same exact rate as everyone else in the same level as you. You get them at a standard pre-defined rate based on how many games you play and a time frame (days, weeks, etc).

I don't think you understand that your behavior can break the rules, can be reported and considered a "valid report", but not be harsh enough to warrant a punishment (Honor Level 0 reset).

You need to think of the honor system as Snapchat streaks. The longer you go without "valid reports" the faster you will level up in honors. If you break the streak with getting a valid report filed on you (but not enough to warrant a punishment), then your progress will slow down. This is what happened. You received valid reports while your friends never broke their streaks and did not have valid reports so they leveled up faster.

It's not a bug. It's you.
