Playing as Frost Queen Janna Loads in as Victorious Janna

Just figured this out when using my Frost Queen Janna skin and instead I loaded into the game as Victorious Janna and no I don't own Victorious Janna. I was trying to see if I could do it in a custom game and it didn't work so i'm thinking it only happened in the new champion select.

I think this might happen when you swap champions with another player in the new champion select. Can you confirm whether this was the case?

Yes, I did. I was going support and and was trading the mid laner for my support so we could counter mid.
