Client & time error

After a long process of login issues & a problem with my client for not letting me playing ranked,i entered a 3v3 ranked game and the client banned me for 58 minutes for not joining the game even if on my screen appeared only the CANCEL button and the game didn't started.Even the pick/ban phase was skipped and only 1 person of my team joined the pick/ban screen !
