Grade on champs and chest availability is gone

Hi, I can't se if I'm eligible to get a chest, (I know I am since last time I check was andI haven't gotten one efterwards) you know above number of ARAM-rerolls.

Also under Champions I can't see which champs I've gotten chests with. Even the "Best grade" has disappeared. The little wings in the bottom corners is shoving, i think that indicates that I've gotten chests on them.

Also, I'v played three riftgames when one teammate have gotten an S. Two losses and one win. I've played a champ eligible to get a chest but still no chest. This means one of two things. The person that got an S grade have already gotten a chest for their champ, but does that effect me? Or am I being punished due to reports? That would be weird since I never flame and haven't been notified but maybe tribunal punished players don't get notified.

Either way the feedback as an user in these situations are extremly frustrating.

Ooh, he got an S, but wait, I got no chest? How come? Wonder, wonder wonder, I fill all the demands. Have I missed something, better read som forums. I can't find anything, let's make a bug report and make lunch...

First off: You have to get an S rank of any kind to get a chest on a champion. NOTE: Unless you are in a group with someone else who got any S rank.

Second: Have you recently been punished for toxic behavior? If so then you will be unable to get them for a bit.

  • If you did get punished you would have known. You get a reform ticket everytime you log in and an e-mail is sent to you.

Third: As long as your account is in fine standing you can still get chests.

Finally: If you have already received a Chest on that champion then you can't get another one on that champion for this season.

You obv got in trouble and lost them priviilegkeieigesr. Better fix your face or get banned like me.

Ye, for me too. No, I haven't been banned, like ever. Im too much cute for rage. :D It's a bug. But since lastnights server drop, I cannot see the chest availability. My friends have the same problem.

It sounds like you lost your privileges of receiving Hextech Loot for committing an offence to their rules of agreements, and were punished promptly after being reported multiple times.
