Stuck At 33% and 2 files scanned. Why?

I am experiencing the same thing. If I close it then reopen, it says a bug splat has occurred.

Just wait. I had the same problem on an earlier patch, and I left my laptop on overnight while charging and in the morning it had finished.

Generally just takes a long time when it does that. If it doesn't work after a while, close the process and try again. If that doesn't work, try a repair.

Same for me! Second time this week. My friend had this happen also. First time i uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I'm letting it run its course. Getting fed up

Yeah if you leave it on by itself for about 2 hours it comes back but even so when I tried to play a game it crashed multiple times. I don't know what's going on :(

It happens to me too. 24000+ files scanned. Can't get to the login screen.

Hey guys, I have this problem happen from time to time to me as well, I don't know about any less extensive solutions, but I've found that re installing the LoL client fixes it, have fun playing league afterwords though :D
