Stuck At 33% and 2 files scanned. Why?

I cant get to the log in screen. Why is this happening? Can I fix this?

I am experiencing the same thing. If I close it then reopen, it says a bug splat has occurred.

Yeah the same happens for me. It says that it is crashing. My friends are having the same problem.

Just wait. I had the same problem on an earlier patch, and I left my laptop on overnight while charging and in the morning it had finished.

Im sorry, thats the only solution I know....

Generally just takes a long time when it does that. If it doesn't work after a while, close the process and try again. If that doesn't work, try a repair.

Same for me! Second time this week. My friend had this happen also. First time i uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I'm letting it run its course. Getting fed up

Yeah if you leave it on by itself for about 2 hours it comes back but even so when I tried to play a game it crashed multiple times. I don't know what's going on :(

Hey guys, I have this problem happen from time to time to me as well, I don't know about any less extensive solutions, but I've found that re installing the LoL client fixes it, have fun playing league afterwords though :D

Hi Everyone,

If you are stuck at 2/3 files scanned, please go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends and run lol.launcher.admin.exe - if prompted to give admin rights, hit "YES".

This seems to be a permissions issue.

For those of you with the scanning working, just taking a long time, unfortunately the only fix right now is to let it do its thing.

This isn't really a fix unfortunately - that looks like you're basically deleting the majority of the LoL files, which'll then cause a redownload of them.

If you have good internet, this'll work fine - although it won't fix it, it'll redownload the files when you open LoL again. However for some people a full redownload of the files isn't a great solution, so I'd only advise this if you're happy enough redownloading it :-)
