Did not receive all the Blue Essence

I loaded up League yesterday and a prompt came up that said that I was to receive roughly 26000 Blue Essence from the runes and rune pages that I owned previously. However, I only had 9533 total, and I had maybe a little over 3000 IP before the Blue Essence changes. I read the announcement saying that I needed to play a game and complete a mission in order to get the missing Blue Essence, however once I did that today, I only received 11,500 Blue Essence in orbs. Did something happen in transit or did I get something mixed up?

Similiar experience here. Had about 50 000 IP which was converted to blue essence. Mission said I was supposed to receive another 50 000. I spent some of the 50k I got flat out, did the mission and am still at the amount I had left.

What's up with that?

The boxes are called "Essence Orbs", each one will grant you 10k when "opening". I just checked and had 5 of them in my loot inventory.

Could have been solved smoother - like giving a damn pop up, notifying players of the loot drop like with everything else. But for me at least, everything is there.

Same experience, I was told that I would get 69k BE and only received 60k? Anyone have a clue whats going on?

I was supposed to get a bit over 65k and i only got a lil over 45k.
