azir's soldier's auto attack bug

There seems to be a bug with azir's soldier's auto attack where the sound for the attack will go off but the attack won't go off. It has plagued me for a while now and i don't know why it happens. Also when a minion dies in the middle of a soldier's attack animation, the attack doesn't stop right away and no damage is done to any other minions in front of the attack as well.
