Trying to get my El Tigre Braum + Braum Champion snowdown deal but it keeps giving me the error "We encountered an error handling your request. Give it another shot" I have the necessary RP on my account. Relogged. Still nothing. I'd like to get it before snowdown ends. Halp!
Braum is on sale in the store right now (50%). Anything in the regular store on sale you can't buy in your Snowdown shop.
You can either buy him in the store right now and it'll let you buy the skin, or you can wait til he's off the regular sale (depending on which is the bigger discount).

Your Braum/El Tiger Braum combo is 50% off correct? They will be out of the store on the 28th/29th. Try again on those days and it should work. If not, send in a support ticket.
