[Client] Purchasing Rengar causes summoner to go to negative IP.

While in the game store, purchased Rengar, then instead of going to 3726 ip remaining i went into -3726 remaining. I need 7452 ip to offset this bug.

A similar event occurred to me when I purchased a champion with IP (it was Vayne a few days ago). It appears to have double charged me for it, but it was merely an illusion. Leblanc After restarting the client, it reflected that I had spent the proper amount of IP.
