Unique takedown names

Since Patch 9.18 it seems runes on the Domination tree that require unique takedowns (Relentless Hunter, Ravenous Hunter, Ultimate Hunter, and Ingenious Hunter) I've noticed instead of the tooltip showing the name of the summoner and the champion that's needed to fill the stacks, the tooltip shows @playername(f5)@, @playername(f7)@, @playername(f9)@, @playername(f11)@, @playername(f13)@.
